The tight-fitting mini skirt from Noir is made out of beautiful black powerwetlook. There is a transparent lace insert at the back. There is also stretchy decorative lacing over the lace insert, which is threaded through the eyelets. The soft & stretchy mix of materials means that fits like a second skin in a very comfortable way.
